this is a compilation of stuff from my other bandcamp albums which are semi-concept albums, because they tell stories i dont care about which songs sound good but the over all experience and the musical journey which has its own organic atmosphere and is handcrafted to be mishapen.. so i need to single out songs to show them off here


but i'm using new tags to look for new audiences since i technically don't belong to any real genre. ergo i had to make my own genre... its called bridge. i use the term the same way tv tropes uses genre roulette and "neoclassical punk zydeco rockabilly"
but so far proto-bridge\bridge rock\bridge wave is really just retro pop with higher levels of dance music and classic heavy metal influences making it bizarre since i dont like using heavy guitars and im rebelling against both thick post grunge and down tempo hip hop, but the joke i want to make for the bridge music genre is that its more punk than punk and more pop than pop

since i play mainly garage prog type stuff i tag my other albums with sub genres of rock such as psychedelic, space rock, industrial, death rock, stoner metal, adult alternative, post-punk, noise pop,. i also like to put bugged, mindscrew, kitchen sink, gothadelic , and outsider music

and i've also purposely mislabeled myself as electroclash, futurepop, fusion, steampunk, and alternative hip hop in order to attract outsiders to my bizzarro mish mash music, which in all fairness is influenced by those things..... just fractionally

i also tryed tagging my music as fluffventurous and slutwave,


but if i had to write down my true favorite genre of music i would say do decades count as genres? if so then the 60s and the 80s, tied in first with 70s and early 90s tied in 2nd and the late 90s - 2000s mostly skipped over
what can i say i love retro stuff, i'm so retro that cole porter thinks i'm old fashioned

IMPORTANT DETAIL, i'm leaving out the strait forward rock side of my music and focusing on finding the more electropop sellout funk and soul what colour is yur skin? captain beefheart 's top 40 material type stuff

and none of my suspiciously mercy beat influenced trippy punk metal

or my musical jokes which i like to TROLL people who check out my albums by either being super industrial nonsense you'd expect from throbbing gristle's rejected demoes OR super campy comedy paul McCartney hokum showtunes...

...well maybe 1 or 2 of these songs will fit in with this
