band biography

DEREK-derek was born in 1985 in new amsterdam he developed the nickname "gothy derek" because he was a little into the occult but not much, him and his fiancee vanessa were the sole survivors of an accident in the middle of the streets of new amsterdam involving 40 people dying of unknown causes with strange marks inflicted on their flesh and many amateur videotapes claiming supernatural causes. during this time both him and his fiancee were institutionalized for psychiatric evaluation he wrote the songs revenge in vain and loss following this experience claiming it was an epic battle after years of chasing a real demon which in the end got away because it was immortal and could destroy the earth single handedly while being one of the weaker ones of its kind. he then spent a number of years in a profound state of depression in which he devolved into a man-child state of being during which time he separate from Vanessa leaving her alone in the institution, Derek is also a recent member of a cult that believes that there is a universal soul, but without a personality, making it closer to Ki (chi) or Mana, or Vrill. and that residue left behind by it from one person can control the next person to come into contact. making them act like the first, and that individuals don't have a personal soul because of of they are connected through the universal soul which radiates from everything and has Jungian collective consciousness attributed to it

H.P.- born in 1990, in Massachusetts, harry Lovecraft is half English, half Egyptian, is a British Israelist that claims to have been abducted by aliens and claims the ability of astral projection, he is an avid fan of science fiction and alcohol, especially gin martinis which he would drink as a teenager at his rich uncle's parties in northern England near the Scottish border, he went for private lessons for classical piano but stopped playing for years because of his middle school professor whom was a hard communist would rant about formalism in music. he formed the band under the name "chateau bacterial", with the intent of them sounding like a cross between Boston and parliament-Funkadelic. he became friends with Joshua in an internet chat room of people claiming extraterrestrial ancestry, and\or the power of astral projection and communicating with people from other dimensions, he co-wrote soul osmosis with Derek. while he meant it to be about his hopes for Vanessa to get over her emotional problems harry Lovecraft wrote about his own intervention in which he thought he friends and family came off as sugary, obnoxious, prudish, and whiney resulting in no change in his behavior to occur, he also wrote the song juniper's poison which was recorded on their demo

VLAD- vlad satan (pronounced sh-tan like the hockey player, and not say-nn like the biblical satan) of eastern European descent, his family claims to be descendants of the Huns but he is really Romanian, Czech, and Hungarian. and part native south American on his mothers side he has dual citizenship, he lives half his life in a ghetto in Belgium along side other eastern Europeans from the Hapsburg lands, he lived most of his childhood in southern coastal Brazil with his family. most of whom are of mixed descent, he was at one point in his life kidnapped by pirates alongside his childhood friend and forced into piracy, during which time his childhood friend whom he had a crush on fell in love with a young pirate whom later rescued them and became his best friend. he then became a privateer\bounty hunter alongside other former pirates and made a large amount of money from hunting down a large deformed shark that was responsible for a number of previously unsolved deaths along a grand canal in an unnamed city which payed off the media to hide to events,

J.C.- Joshua is from a family of carpenters, is half Basque, half Saami his mother was forced into marriage because she was pregnant out of wedlock, he has a mental disease in which he cannot recognize people by face and claims he doesn't know them, but will recognize them on the phone by their voice. he is very childish and has never followed through his carpentry apprenticeship instead spends his time watching harem anime and listening to weird music, his mother is in the same cult as Derek.
